Him therefore I hope to send unto you immediately: so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.

But we, brethren, being taken away from you for a short time, in sight, not in heart, have hastened the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.

But now when Timothy came to us from you and related to us your faith and charity, and that you have a good remembrance of us always, desiring to see us as we also to see you:

Night and day more abundantly praying that we may see your face and may accomplish those things that are wanting to your faith?

See that none render evil for evil to any man: but ever follow that which is good towards each other and towards all men.

Who only hath immortality and inhabiteth light inaccessible: whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and empire everlasting. Amen.

Desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy:

Thou hast subjected all things under his feet. For in that he hath subjected all things to him he left nothing not subject to him. But now we see not as yet all things subject to him.

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour: that, through the grace of God he might taste death for all.

And we see that they could not enter in, because of unbelief.

Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things. As it was answered to Moses, when he was to finish the tabernacle: See (saith he) that thou make all things according to the pattern which was shewn thee on the mount.

Not forsaking our assembly, as some are accustomed: but comforting one anther, and so much the more as you see the day approaching.

By faith Henoch was translated that he should not see death: and he was not found because God had translated him. For before his translation he had testimony that he pleased God.

Follow peace with all men and holiness: without which no man shall see God.

See that you refuse him not that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke upon earth, much more shall not we that turn away from him that speaketh to us from heaven.

Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty: with whom (if he come shortly) I will see you.

Do you see that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only?

Whom having not seen, you love: in whom also now though you see him not, you believe and, believing, shall rejoice with joy unspeakable and glorified;

For he that will love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile.

Dearly beloved, we are now the sons of God: and it hath not yet appeared what we shall be. We know that when he shall appear we shall be like to him: because we shall see him as he is.
