he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.

Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.

And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

and said, "Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!"

For I see that you are poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity."

Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, "See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?"

Therefore He also says in another Psalm:'You will not allow Your Holy One to see corruption.' Psalms 16:10 ">[fn]

Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, "Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing."

When these things were accomplished, Paul purposed in the Spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, "After I have been there, I must also see Rome."

Moreover you see and hear that not only at Ephesus, but throughout almost all Asia, this Paul has persuaded and turned away many people, saying that they are not gods which are made with hands.

And see, now I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there,

"And indeed, now I know that you all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, will see my face no more.

sorrowing most of all for the words which he spoke, that they would see his face no more. And they accompanied him to the ship.

For this reason therefore I have called for you, to see you and speak with you, because for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain."
