They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

They answered Him, "Jesus the Nazarene." He *said to them, "I am He." And Judas also, who was betraying Him, was standing with them.

So when He said to them, "I am He," they drew back and fell to the ground.

Jesus answered, "I told you that I am He; so if you seek Me, let these go their way,"

Then the servant-girl who kept the door *said to Peter, "Are you not also one of this man's disciples?" He *said, "I am not."

Now Simon Peter was standing and warming himself. So they said to him, "You are not also one of His disciples, are you?" He denied it, and said, "I am not."

Pilate answered, "Am I a Jew? Your own nation and the chief priests delivered You to me; what did You do?"

Therefore Pilate said to Him, "So You are a king?" Jesus answered, "You yourself said I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice."

And Pilate came out again and *said to them, "Behold, I am bringing Him out to you so that you may know that I find no guilt in Him."

So the chief priests of the Jews were saying to Pilate, "Do not write, ‘The King of the Jews;' but that He said, ‘I am King of the Jews.'"

After this, Jesus, knowing that all things had already been finished, in order to finish the Scripture, *said, "I am thirsty."

Simon Peter *said to them, "I am going fishing." They *said to him, "We will also come with you." They went out and got into the boat; and that night they caught nothing.

‘I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob.' Moses trembled with fear and would not dare to look.

And he said, "Who are You, Lord?" And He said, "I am Jesus whom you are persecuting,

Now there was a disciple at Damascus named Ananias, and the Lord said to him in a vision, "Ananias." And he said, "Here I am, Lord."

And Peter went down to the men and said, "Behold, I am the one you are looking for; what is the reason for which you have come?"

But Peter raised him up, saying, "Stand up; I too am just a man."

And as John was fulfilling his course, he kept saying, ‘What do you suppose that I am? I am not He. But behold, one is coming after me of whom I am not worthy to untie the sandals of His feet.'

‘Look, you scoffers, and marvel, and perish;For I am accomplishing a work in your days,A work which you will never believe, though someone should recount it to you.'"
