Then they will be filled with dread,for God is with those who are righteous.

Protect me, God, for I take refuge in you.

For who is God besides the Lord?And who is a rock? Only our God.

God—he clothes me with strengthand makes my way perfect.

The Lord lives—blessed be my rock!The God of my salvation is exalted.

God—he grants me vengeanceand subdues peoples under me.

The heavens declare the glory of God,and the expanse proclaims the work of his hands.

May the Lord answer you in a day of trouble;may the name of Jacob’s God protect you.

Some take pride in chariots, and others in horses,but we take pride in the name of the Lord our God.

My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?Why are you so far from my deliveranceand from my words of groaning?

My God, I cry by day, but you do not answer,by night, yet I have no rest.

I was given over to you at birth;you have been my God from my mother’s womb.

He will receive blessing from the Lord,and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
