God has made himself known in her palaces for a refuge.

As we have heard, so we have seen In the city of Yahweh of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it forever. Selah.

We have thought on your loving-kindness, O God, In the midst of your temple.

As is your name, O God, So is your praise to the ends of the earth: Your right hand is full of righteousness.

For this God is our God forever and ever: He will be our guide [even] to death.

None [of them] can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him;

But God will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol; For he will receive me. Selah.

A Psalm of Asaph. The Mighty One, God, Yahweh, has spoken, And called the earth from the rising of the sun to the going down thereof.

Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God has shined forth.

Our God comes, and does not keep silent: A fire devours before him, And it is very tempestuous round about him.

And the heavens shall declare his righteousness; For God is judge himself. Selah.

Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify to you: I am God, [even] your God.

Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; And pay your vows to the Most High:

But to the wicked God says, What have you to do to declare my statutes, And that you have taken my covenant in your mouth,

Now consider this, you that forget God, Or else I will tear you in pieces, and there will be none to deliver:

Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me; And to him that orders his way [aright] I will show the salvation of God.

For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David; when Nathan the prophet came to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba. Have mercy on me, O God, according to your loving-kindness: According to the multitude of your tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Create in me a clean heart, O God; And renew a right spirit inside me.

Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, God of my salvation; [And] my tongue shall sing aloud of your righteousness.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
