For God will save Zion and build the cities of Judah,That they may dwell there and possess it.

O God, hasten to deliver me;O Yahweh, hasten to my help!

Let those be joyful and glad in YouAll who seek YouAnd let them say continually,"Let God be magnified,"Those who love Your salvation.

But I am afflicted and needy;Hasten to me, O God!You are my help and my protector;O Yahweh, do not delay.

Protect me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked,Out of the grasp of the unrighteous and ruthless man,

Saying, "God has forsaken him;Pursue and seize him, for there is no one to deliver."

O God, do not be far from me;O my God, hasten to my help!

O God, You have taught me from my youth,And I still declare Your wondrous deeds.

And even when I am old and gray, O God, do not forsake me,Until I declare Your strength to this generation,Your might to all who are to come.

For Your righteousness, O God, reaches to the heavens,You who have done great things;O God, who is like You?

I will also praise You with a harp,Even Your truth, O my God;To You I will sing praises with the lyre,O Holy One of Israel.

O God, give the king Your judgments,And Your righteousness to the king's son.

Blessed be Yahweh God, the God of Israel,Who alone works wondrous deeds.

Surely God is good to Israel,To those who are pure in heart!

They say, "How does God know?And is there knowledge with the Most High?"

Until I came into the sanctuary of God;Then I understood their end.

My flesh and my heart fail,But God is the rock of my heart and my portion forever.

But as for me, the nearness of God is my good;I have set Lord Yahweh as my refuge,That I may recount all Your works.

Why, O God? Have You rejected us forever?Why does Your anger smoke against the sheep of Your pasture?

They said in their heart, "Let us completely subdue them."They have burned all the meeting places of God in the land.
