yir·mə·yā·hū,

יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ

had·də·ḇā·rîm

הַדְּבָרִ֛ים

I have spoken

דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי

that I will bring again

וְ֠שַׁבְתִּי

the captivity

of my people

and I will cause them to return

wa·hă·ši·ḇō·ṯîm,

וַהֲשִׁבֹתִ֗ים

to their forefathers

la·’ă·ḇō·w·ṯām

they shall possess

wî·rê·šū·hā.

וִֽירֵשֽׁוּהָ׃

And these [are]

had·də·ḇā·rîm,

הַדְּבָרִ֗ים

and concerning

of trembling

We have heard

šā·mā·‘ə·nū;

does travail with child

with his hands

as a women in travail

kay·yō·w·lê·ḏāh,

כַּיּ֣וֹלֵדָ֔ה

and are turned

wə·ne·hep̄·ḵū

וְנֶהֶפְכ֥וּ

into paleness

lə·yê·rā·qō·wn.

לְיֵרָקֽוֹן׃

for that day

so that none

[is] even the time

[is] of Jacob

lə·ya·‘ă·qōḇ,

so that none

ū·mim·men·nāh

וּמִמֶּ֖נָּה

but he shall be saved

yiw·wā·šê·a‘.

יִוָּשֵֽׁעַ׃

For it shall come to pass

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ,

[that] I will break

ṣaw·wā·re·ḵā,

and your bonds

ū·mō·ws·rō·w·ṯe·ḵā

וּמוֹסְרוֹתֶ֖יךָ

But they shall serve

wə·‘ā·ḇə·ḏū,

’ĕ·lō·hê·hem;

אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶ֑ם

I will raise up

do Therefore fear

O my servant

I will save you

mō·wō·šî·‘ă·ḵā

מוֹשִֽׁיעֲךָ֙

mê·rā·ḥō·wq,

your offspring

from the land

of their captivity

and shall return

and shall be in rest

and be quiet

wə·ša·’ă·nan

[him] shall make afraid

lə·hō·wō·šî·‘e·ḵā;

לְהֽוֹשִׁיעֶ֑ךָ

hag·gō·w·yim

הַגּוֹיִ֣ם ׀

I have scattered

hă·p̄i·ṣō·w·ṯî·ḵā

הֲפִצוֹתִ֣יךָ

but I will correct you

wə·yis·sar·tî·ḵā

וְיִסַּרְתִּ֙יךָ֙

lam·miš·pāṭ,

לַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט

and leave you altogether unpunished

do leave you altogether unpunished

’ă·naq·qe·kā.

אֲנַקֶּֽךָּ׃

[is] incurable

לְשִׁבְרֵ֑ךְ

[is] grievous

[There is] to plead

for [your] very

lə·mā·zō·wr;

rə·p̄u·’ō·wṯ

mə·’a·hă·ḇa·yiḵ

מְאַהֲבַ֣יִךְ

have forgotten

do they seek

with the wound

I have wounded

הִכִּיתִיךְ֙

With the punishment

the multitude

of your iniquity

were increased

[because] your sins

ḥaṭ·ṭō·ṯā·yiḵ.

חַטֹּאתָֽיִךְ׃

your affliction

[is] incurable

the multitude

of your iniquity

were increased

[because] your sins

ḥaṭ·ṭō·ṯa·yiḵ,

חַטֹּאתַ֔יִךְ

they who devour

’ō·ḵə·la·yiḵ

אֹכְלַ֙יִךְ֙

you shall be devoured

yê·’ā·ḵê·lū,

your adversaries

into captivity

and you shall be

they who spoil

שֹׁאסַ֙יִךְ֙

lim·šis·sāh,

לִמְשִׁסָּ֔ה

bō·zə·za·yiḵ

בֹּזְזַ֖יִךְ

on you will I give

I will restore

and you of your wounds

ū·mim·mak·kō·w·ṯa·yiḵ

וּמִמַּכּוֹתַ֥יִךְ

and I will heal

אֶרְפָּאֵ֖ךְ

you an Outcast

I will bring again

the captivity

ya·‘ă·qō·wḇ,

and on his dwelling places

ū·miš·kə·nō·ṯāw

וּמִשְׁכְּנֹתָ֖יו

and shall be build

wə·niḇ·nə·ṯāh

וְנִבְנְתָ֥ה

and the palace

wə·’ar·mō·wn

on its rightful

מִשְׁפָּט֥וֹ

shall remain

shall proceed

thanksgiving

and the voice

of those who celebrate

mə·śa·ḥă·qîm;

מְשַׂחֲקִ֑ים

and I will multiply them

wə·hir·bi·ṯîm

וְהִרְבִּתִים֙

and I will also glorify them

wə·hiḵ·baḏ·tîm

וְהִכְבַּדְתִּ֖ים

also shall be

Their children

and their congregation

wa·‘ă·ḏā·ṯōw

shall be established me

and I will punish

ū·p̄ā·qaḏ·tî,

וּפָ֣קַדְתִּ֔י

that oppress

And shall be

their nobles

and their governor

וּמֹֽשְׁלוֹ֙

from their midst

מִקִּרְבּ֣וֹ

shall proceed

and I will cause him to draw near

wə·hiq·raḇ·tîw

וְהִקְרַבְתִּ֖יו

and he shall approach

[is] engaged

wə·’ā·nō·ḵî,

the whirlwind

a continuing

miṯ·gō·w·rêr;

מִתְגּוֹרֵ֑ר

of the wicked

it shall fall with pain

and until [it]

he has performed

mə·zim·mō·wṯ

of His heart

In the latter

bə·’a·ḥă·rîṯ

בְּאַחֲרִ֥ית

you shall consider

tiṯ·bō·wn·nū

תִּתְבּ֥וֹנְנוּ
