and the queen

וְהַגְּבִירָ֨ה

and the eunuchs

wə·has·sā·rî·sîm

וְהַסָּרִיסִ֜ים

wî·rū·šā·lim

וִירוּשָׁלִַ֛ם

and the carpenters

wə·he·ḥā·rāš

and the smiths

wə·ham·mas·gêr

וְהַמַּסְגֵּ֖ר

from Jerusalem

mî·rū·šā·lim.

מִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

and Gemariah

ū·ḡə·mar·yāh

וּגְמַרְיָ֖ה

Nebuchadnezzar

nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·neṣ·ṣar

נְבוּכַדְנֶאצַּ֛ר

that are carried away captives

hag·gō·w·lāh,

I have caused to be carried away

from Jerusalem

mî·rū·šā·lim

מִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם

[in them] and plant

wə·hō·w·lî·ḏū

וְהוֹלִידוּ֮

and daughers

for your sons

your daughers

bə·nō·w·ṯê·ḵem

בְּנֽוֹתֵיכֶם֙

la·’ă·nā·šîm,

לַֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים

that they may bear

wə·ṯê·laḏ·nāh

וְתֵלַ֖דְנָה

that daughers

you may be increased

do diminished

תִּמְעָֽטוּ׃

I have caused you to be carried away captives

wə·hiṯ·pal·lū

וְהִתְפַּֽלְל֥וּ

on its behalf

in its welfare

ḇiš·lō·w·māh,

בִשְׁלוֹמָ֔הּ

thereof shall you have

do let deceive

nə·ḇî·’ê·ḵem

נְבִֽיאֵיכֶ֥ם

in the middle

bə·qir·bə·ḵem

בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֖ם

and your diviners you

wə·qō·sə·mê·ḵem;

וְקֹֽסְמֵיכֶ֑ם

תִּשְׁמְעוּ֙

ḥă·lō·mō·ṯê·ḵem,

חֲלֹמֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם

cause to be dreamed

מַחְלְמִֽים׃

do sent them

שְׁלַחְתִּ֖ים

be accomplished

I will visit

wa·hă·qi·mō·ṯî

וַהֲקִמֹתִ֤י

ham·mā·qō·wm

the thoughts

ham·ma·ḥă·šā·ḇōṯ,

הַמַּחֲשָׁבֹ֗ת

maḥ·šə·ḇō·wṯ

מַחְשְׁב֤וֹת

Then shall you call on

and you shall go

wa·hă·laḵ·tem,

וַֽהֲלַכְתֶּ֔ם

wə·hiṯ·pal·lal·tem

וְהִתְפַּלַּלְתֶּ֖ם

and I will Listen

wə·šā·ma‘·tî

וְשָׁמַעְתִּ֖י

and you shall seek

ū·ḇiq·qaš·tem

וּבִקַּשְׁתֶּ֥ם

ū·mə·ṣā·ṯem;

[me] you shall search for

ṯiḏ·rə·šu·nî

תִדְרְשֻׁ֖נִי

And I will be found

wə·nim·ṣê·ṯî

וְנִמְצֵ֣אתִי

and I will turn away

וְשַׁבְתִּ֣י

[šə·ḇî·ṯə·ḵem

[שְׁבִיתְכֶם

your captivity

(šə·ḇū·ṯə·ḵem,

(שְׁבוּתְכֶ֗ם

and I will gather

wə·qib·baṣ·tî

וְקִבַּצְתִּ֣י

hag·gō·w·yim

and from all

ham·mə·qō·w·mō·wṯ,

הַמְּקוֹמ֗וֹת

I have driven

הִדַּ֧חְתִּי

and I will bring you again

wa·hă·ši·ḇō·ṯî

וַהֲשִׁבֹתִ֣י

ham·mā·qō·wm,

I caused you to be carried away captive

you have said

has raised us up

for us in Babylo

hay·yō·wō·šêḇ

hay·yō·wō·šêḇ

of your brothers

do gone forth

bag·gō·w·lāh.

בַּגּוֹלָֽה׃

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ,

mə·šal·lê·aḥ

on them the sword

the pestilence

and will make

wə·nā·ṯat·tî

kat·tə·’ê·nîm

כַּתְּאֵנִים֙

haš·šō·‘ā·rîm,

הַשֹּׁ֣עָרִ֔ים

ṯê·’ā·ḵal·nāh

תֵאָכַ֖לְנָה

to rottenness

And I will persecute

wə·rā·ḏap̄·tî

וְרָֽדַפְתִּי֙

’a·ḥă·rê·hem,

אַֽחֲרֵיהֶ֔ם

with the sword

and with the pestilence

ū·ḇad·dā·ḇer;

and will deliver

ū·nə·ṯat·tîm

וּנְתַתִּ֨ים

(lə·za·‘ă·wāh

the kingdoms

mam·lə·ḵō·wṯ

of the earth

to be a curse

and an astonishment

ū·lə·šam·māh

וּלְשַׁמָּה֙

and a hissing

wə·liš·rê·qāh

וְלִשְׁרֵקָ֣ה

and a reproach

ū·lə·ḥer·pāh,

וּלְחֶרְפָּ֔ה

hag·gō·w·yim

I have driven

הִדַּחְתִּ֥ים

שָׁלַ֨חְתִּי

by my servants

the prophets

han·nə·ḇi·’îm

הַנְּבִאִים֙

swelling up early

wə·šā·lō·aḥ,

do [them] hear

שְׁמַעְתֶּ֖ם

therefore the word

of the captivity

hag·gō·w·lāh,

שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי

from Jerusalem

mî·rū·šā·lim

מִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם

ṣiḏ·qî·yā·hū

צִדְקִיָּ֣הוּ

ma·‘ă·śê·yāh,

מַֽעֲשֵׂיָ֔ה

that prophesy

han·nib·bə·’îm

הַֽנִּבְּאִ֥ים

I will deliver

into the hand

of Nebuchadnezzar

nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·reṣ·ṣar

נְבֽוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣ר

and he shall slay them

before your eyes

lə·‘ê·nê·ḵem.

לְעֵינֵיכֶֽם׃

shall be taken up

the captivity

The LORD you

like Zedekiah

kə·ṣiḏ·qî·yā·hū

כְּצִדְקִיָּ֣הוּ

and like Ahab

ū·ḵə·’e·ḥāḇ,

they have committed

bə·yiś·rā·’êl,

בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל

and have committed adultery

way·na·’ă·p̄ū

וַיְנַֽאֲפוּ֙

with their neighbor

and have spoken

way·ḏab·bə·rū

וַיְדַבְּר֨וּ

do commanded them

[hū·yō·ḏê·a‘

(hay·yō·w·ḏê·a‘

(הַיֹּודֵ֥עַ

[am] and a witness

the Shemaiah

šə·ma‘·yā·hū

שְׁמַעְיָ֥הוּ

han·ne·ḥĕ·lā·mî

הַנֶּחֱלָמִ֖י

[Thus] shall you also speak

in your own name

at Jerusalem

bî·rū·šā·lim,

בִּירוּשָׁלִַ֔ם

ma·‘ă·śê·yāh

מַֽעֲשֵׂיָה֙

hak·kō·hă·nîm

הַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים

has made you

yə·hō·w·yā·ḏā‘

that you should be

in the house

[that is] mad

that makes himself a prophet

ū·miṯ·nab·bê;

וּמִתְנַבֵּ֑א

you should put

wə·nā·ṯat·tāh

ham·mah·pe·ḵeṯ

הַמַּהְפֶּ֖כֶת

therefore why

bə·yir·mə·yā·hū

בְּיִרְמְיָ֖הוּ

hā·‘ăn·nə·ṯō·ṯî;

הָֽעֲנְּתֹתִ֑י

that makes himself a prophet

ham·miṯ·nab·bê

הַמִּתְנַבֵּ֖א

[captivity is] long

[in them] and plant

yir·mə·yā·hū

יִרְמְיָ֥הוּ

yir·mə·yā·hū

יִרְמְיָ֖הוּ

of the captivity

hag·gō·w·lāh

the Shemaiah

han·ne·ḥĕ·lā·mî;

הַנֶּחֱלָמִ֑י

has prophesied

that Shemaiah

שְׁלַחְתִּ֔יו

not and he caused you to trust

I am about to punish

the Shemaiah

han·ne·ḥĕ·lā·mî

הַנֶּחֱלָמִי֮

his offspring

shall he behold

to My people

he has taught
