לִפְנֵיהֶֽם׃

And there remained

וַיִּוָּֽתְרוּ֙

among the sons

their inheritance

na·ḥă·lā·ṯām;

yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘

miṯ·rap·pîm,

מִתְרַפִּ֔ים

’ă·ḇō·w·ṯê·ḵem.

אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶֽם׃

out from among you three

from each tribe

and I will send

wə·’eš·lā·ḥêm,

וְאֶשְׁלָחֵ֗ם

and they shall rise

wə·yiṯ·hal·lə·ḵū

וְיִֽתְהַלְּכ֥וּ

through the land

and describe

wə·yiḵ·tə·ḇū

וְיִכְתְּב֥וּ

[is] according

to the inheritance

na·ḥă·lā·ṯām

and they shall come

And they shall divide

wə·hiṯ·ḥal·lə·qū

וְהִֽתְחַלְּק֥וּ

[is] into seven

on the south

and the house

their coasts

on the north

miṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn.

shall therefore describe

תִּכְתְּב֤וּ

[into] seven

wa·hă·ḇê·ṯem

וַֽהֲבֵאתֶ֥ם

that I may cast

for you here

’ĕ·lō·hê·nū.

אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃

For the Levites

bə·qir·bə·ḵem,

בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֔ם

the priesthood

[is] their inheritance

na·ḥă·lā·ṯōw;

הַֽמְנַשֶּׁ֜ה

have received

their inheritance

na·ḥă·lā·ṯām,

לַיַּרְדֵּן֙

way·yā·qu·mū

hā·’ă·nā·šîm

הָאֲנָשִׁ֖ים

and went away

way·yê·lê·ḵū;

yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘

those who went

ha·hō·lə·ḵîm

wə·hiṯ·hal·lə·ḵū

וְהִתְהַלְּכ֨וּ

through the land

and describe

[is] and come again

that I may here

for you before

hā·’ă·nā·šîm

הָֽאֲנָשִׁים֙

and passed through

וַיַּעַבְר֣וּ

and Zemaraim

ū·ṣə·mā·ra·yim

וּצְמָרַ֖יִם

wə·hā·‘aw·wîm

וְהָעַוִּ֥ים

wə·hap·pā·rāh

wə·‘ā·p̄ə·rāh.

[hā·‘am·mō·nî

Chephar-haammonai

(hā·‘am·mō·nāh

(הָֽעַמֹּנָ֛ה

wə·hā·‘ā·p̄ə·nî

וְהָֽעָפְנִ֖י

and with their villages

wə·ḥaṣ·rê·hen.

וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽן׃

wə·hā·rā·māh

ū·ḇə·’ê·rō·wṯ.

וּבְאֵרֽוֹת׃

wə·ham·miṣ·peh

וְהַמִּצְפֶּ֥ה

and Chephirah

wə·hak·kə·p̄î·rāh

וְהַכְּפִירָ֖ה

wə·ham·mō·ṣāh.

וְהַמֹּצָֽה׃

wə·yir·pə·’êl

וְיִרְפְּאֵ֖ל

wə·ṯar·’ă·lāh.

וְתַרְאֲלָֽה׃

wə·hay·ḇū·sî

וְהַיְבוּסִ֨י

[is] Jerusalem

yə·rū·šā·lim

יְרֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙
