Jannaris Gr. 11619b) τὸν σύνδουλόν σου καὶ συνεξελεύθερον, ";except your fellow-slave and fellow-freedman,"; and ib..30, P Lond 1213 (a).4 (A.D. 65–66) (= III. p. 121) μέτρησον Σόφῳ συνδούλῳ, ib. 157 a..3 (ii/A.D. ?) (= II. p. 255) ἴδετε ̣ τ [ὴ ]ν οἰκίαν τοῦ συνδο ̣υ ̣λ ̣[ο ]υ σου, and the late BGU II. 547.4 (Byz.) μὴ ὀχλῆσαι τῷ συνδούλῳ μου τῷ εὐλαβ (εστάτῳ) Πέτρῳ τῷ διακόνῳ.
The distinction drawn by Moeris (p. 273) that ὁμόδουλος is Attic and σύνδουλος Hellenistic cannot be maintained : see Headlam’s note ad Herodas V. 56.
