(1) to destroy, to break down, as houses, statues, altars, etc., Levit. 14:45 Judges 6:30, seq.; 8:17 metaph. to destroy men, Job 19:10; Psalms 52:7.
(2) to break out teeth, Psalms 58:7 comp. נָתַע.
