Vocabulary of the Greek NT

Josephus (Antt. xviii. 243 μηδὲ δευτερεύειν ἀνεπαίσχυντον ἡγοῦ, cited by Thayer) did not borrow this from his earlier contemporary, the writer of 2 Timothy 2:15; but a word can hardly be called a coinage which only involves putting un- before an existing word (cf. αἰσχυντικός).
