While it is yet in its greenness, [and] not cut down, It withers before any [other] herb.

He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, And your lips with shouting.

Whom, though I were righteous, yet I would not answer; I would plead for mercy to my judge.

If I had called, and he had answered me, Yet I would not believe that he listened to my voice.

Yet you will plunge me in the ditch, And my own clothes will be disgusted with me.

Your hands have framed me and fashioned me, together round about; yet you destroy me.

Yet these things you hid in your heart; I know that this is with you:

If I am wicked, woe to me; And if I am righteous, yet I shall not lift up my head, filled with shame and drunk with my affliction.

Yet through the scent of water it will bud, And put forth boughs like a plant.

Yet shall the righteous hold on his way, And he that has clean hands shall wax stronger and stronger.

Yet he shall perish forever like his own dung: Those that have seen him shall say, Where is he?

Yet his food in his insides is turned, It is the gall of cobras inside him.

Yet he shall be borne to the grave, And men shall keep watch over the tomb.

Yet he filled their houses with good things: But the counsel of the wicked is far from me.

From out of the populous city men groan, And the soul of the wounded cries out: Yet God does not regard the folly.

Yet [God] preserves the mighty by his power: He rises up that has no assurance of life.

They are exalted; yet a little while, and they are gone; Yes, they are brought low, they are taken out of the way as a [dried-up] flower, And are cut off as the tops of the ears of grain.

(For my life is yet whole in me, And the spirit of God is in my nostrils);

When the Almighty was yet with me, And my children were about me;

Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job.
