He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God;Many will see and fearAnd will trust in Yahweh.

For evils beyond number have surrounded me;My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see;They are more numerous than the hairs of my head,And my heart has failed me.

And when he comes to see me, he speaks worthlessness;His heart gathers wickedness to itself;When he goes outside, he speaks it.

That he should live on eternally,That he should not see corruption.

But his soul shall go to the generation of his fathers;They will eternally not see light.

When you see a thief, you are pleased with him,And you associate with adulterers.

So that the righteous will see and fear,And will laugh at him, saying,

God looks down from heaven upon the sons of menTo see if there is anyone who has insight,Anyone who seeks after God.

For no guilt of mine, they run and set themselves against me.Arouse Yourself to meet me, and see!

You have caused Your people to see hardship;You have given us wine to drink that causes reeling.

Thus I have beheld You in the sanctuary,To see Your power and Your glory.

They hold fast to themselves an evil purpose;They talk of laying snares secretly;They say, "Who can see them?"

So they will cause their own tongue to turn against them;All who see them will shake their head.

Come and see the works of God,Who is fearsome in His deeds toward the sons of men.

If I see wickedness in my heart,The Lord will not hear;

May their eyes darken so that they cannot see,And make their loins quake continually.

The humble see it and are glad;You who seek God, let your heart revive.

We do not see our signs;There is no longer any prophet,Nor is there any among us who knows how long.

O God of hosts, return now, we beseech You;Look down from heaven and see, and visit this vine,

See our shield, O God,And look upon the face of Your anointed.
