But, my brothers, I myself also am persuaded concerning you, that you yourselves also are full of goodness, being filled with all knowledge, being able to warn one another.

But I wrote to you more boldly, brothers, as reminding you in part, because of the grace given to me by God,

but even as it has been written, "They shall see, to whom nothing was announced concerning Him; and the ones that have not heard shall understand." Isa. 52:15

but now having no more place in these regions, and having a longing to come to you for many years,

But now I am going to Jerusalem, doing service to the saints.

But I exhort you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf,

But I commend our sister Phoebe to you, being a servant of the assembly in Cenchrea,

who laid down their neck for my soul, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the assemblies of the nations.

For such ones do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth speaking and flattering they deceive the hearts of those without guile.

For your obedience reached to all; therefore, I rejoice over you. But I desire you to be truly wise as to good, but simple toward evil.

but now has been made plain, and by prophetic Scriptures, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known for obedience of faith to all the nations;

Now I exhort you, brothers, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that you all say the same thing, and there be no divisions among you, but you be united in the same mind and in the same judgment.

But I say this, that each of you says, I am of Paul, and I of Apollos, and I of Cephas, and I of Christ.

For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to announce the gospel, not in wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ be made of no effect.

For the Word of the cross is foolishness to those being lost, but to us being saved, it is the power of God.

but to the called out ones, both to Jews and to Greeks, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God;

But God chose the foolish things of the world that the wise might be put to shame, and God chose the weak things of the world so that He might put to shame the strong things.

But of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, both righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

And my word and my preaching was not in enticing words of human wisdom, but in proof of the Spirit and of power,

that your faith might not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
