I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slaves.

You shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I Yahweh your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the sons, on the third and on the fourth generation of those that hate me,

You shall not take the name of Yahweh your God in vain; for Yahweh will not hold him innocent that takes his name in vain.

but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God: you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your male slave, nor your female slave, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is inside your gates:

Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.

And they said to Moses, You speak with us, and we will hear; but don't let God speak with us, or else we will die.

And Moses said to the people, Don't be afraid: for God has come to prove you, and that his fear may be before you, that you don't sin.

And the people stood far off, and Moses drew near to the thick darkness where God was.

And if a man lies not in wait, but God delivers [him] into his hand; then I will appoint you a place where he shall flee.

The first of the first fruits of your ground you shall bring into the house of Yahweh your God. You shall not boil a young goat in it mother's milk.

And you shall serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless your bread, and your water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of you.

And they saw the God of Israel; and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of sapphire stone, and as it were the very heaven for clearness.

And on the nobles of the sons of Israel he didn't lay his hand: and they saw God, and ate and drank.

And Moses rose up, and Joshua his minister: and Moses went up into the mount of God.

And I will dwell among the sons of Israel, and will be their God.

And they shall know that I am Yahweh their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I might dwell among them: I am Yahweh their God.

and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

And he gave to Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him on mount Sinai, the two tables of the testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.

And Moses implored Yahweh his God, and said, Yahweh, why does your wrath wax hot against your people, that you have brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?

And the tables were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tables.
