"Such is the one who stores up treasure for himself, and is not rich in relation to God."

"Consider the ravens, that they neither sow nor reap; they have no storeroom nor barn, and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds!

"Now if God so clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you? You of little faith!

And He laid His hands on her; and immediately she stood up straight again, and began glorifying God.

So He was saying, "What is the kingdom of God like, and to what shall I compare it?

And again He said, "To what shall I compare the kingdom of God?

"In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves being thrown out.

"And they will come from east and west, and from north and south, and will recline at the table in the kingdom of God.

Now when one of those who were reclining at the table with Him heard this, he said to Him, "Blessed is everyone who will eat bread in the kingdom of God!"

"In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

"No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth."

And He said to them, "You are the ones who justify yourselves in the sight of people, but God knows your hearts; because that which is highly esteemed among people is detestable in the sight of God.

"The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John came; since that time the gospel of the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.

Now one of them, when he saw that he had been healed, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice,

"Was no one found who returned to give glory to God, except this foreigner?"

Now He was questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God was coming, and He answered them and said, "The kingdom of God is not coming with signs that can be observed;

nor will they say, 'Look, here it is!' or, 'There it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst."

saying, "In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect any person.

"For a while he was unwilling; but later he said to himself, 'Even though I do not fear God nor respect any person,

now, will God not bring about justice for His elect who cry out to Him day and night, and will He delay long for them?
