"But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God."

And they all said, "So You are the Son of God?" And He said to them, "You say correctly that I am."

And the people stood by, watching. And even the rulers were sneering at Him, saying, "He saved others; let Him save Himself if this is the Christ of God, His Chosen One."

But the other responded, and rebuking him, said, "Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?

Now when the centurion saw what had happened, he began praising God, saying, "This Man was in fact innocent."

(he had not consented to their plan and action), a man from Arimathea, a city of the Jews, who was waiting for the kingdom of God—

And He said to them, "What sort of things?" And they said to Him, "Those about Jesus the Nazarene, who proved to be a prophet mighty in deed and word in the sight of God and all the people,

and were continually in the temple praising God.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

He was in the beginning with God.

A man came, one sent from God, and his name was John.

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name,

who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of a man, but of God.

No one has seen God at any time; God the only Son, who is in the arms of the Father, He has explained Him.

The next day he saw Jesus coming to him, and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

"And I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Son of God."

and he looked at Jesus as He walked, and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God!"

Nathanael answered Him, "Rabbi, You are the Son of God; You are the King of Israel!"

And He said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man."

this man came to Jesus at night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."
