Oh that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God brings back the captivity of his people, Then Jacob shall rejoice, [and] Israel shall be glad.

He has put forth his hands against such as were at peace with him: He has profaned his covenant.

His mouth was smooth as butter, But his heart was war: His words were softer than oil, Yet they were drawn swords.

In God (I will praise his word), In God I have put my trust, I will not be afraid; What can flesh do to me?

In God, I will praise [his] word; In Yahweh, I will praise [his] word;

He will send from heaven, and save me, [When] he that would swallow me up reproaches; Selah. God will send forth his loving-kindness and his truth.

Let them melt away as water that runs apace: When he aims his arrows, let them be as though they were cut off.

The righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance: He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked;

My God with his loving-kindness will meet me: God will let me see [my desire] on my enemies.

God has spoken in his holiness: I will exult; I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

You will prolong the king's life; His years shall be as many generations.

They only consult to thrust him down from his dignity; They delight in lies; They bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

Also to you, O Lord, belongs loving-kindness; For you render to every man according to his work.

And all of man shall fear; And they shall declare the work of God, And shall wisely consider of his doing.

Who by his strength sets fast the mountains, Being girded about with might;

Sing forth the glory of his name: Make his praise glorious.

Come, and see the works of God; [He is] awesome in his doing toward the sons of man.

He rules by his might forever; His eyes observe the nations: Don't let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

Oh bless our God, you peoples, And make the voice of his praise to be heard;

Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer, Nor his loving-kindness from me.
