I have gone astray like a lost sheep; Seek your slave; For I do not forget your commandments.

I am [for] peace: But when I speak, they are for war.

Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in From this time forth and for evermore.

Where the tribes go up, even the tribes of Yah, [For] an ordinance for Israel, To give thanks to the name of Yahweh.

For there are set thrones for judgment, The thrones of the house of David.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: They that love you shall prosper.

For my brothers and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be inside you.

For the sake of the house of Yahweh our God I will seek your good.

Have mercy on us, O Yahweh, have mercy on us; For we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, So Yahweh is round about his people From this time forth and for evermore.

For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the lot of the righteous; That the righteous don't put forth their hands to iniquity.

But as for such as turn aside to their crooked ways, Yahweh will lead them forth with the workers of iniquity. Peace be on Israel.

Then was our mouth filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing: Then they said among the nations, Yahweh has done great things for them.

Yahweh has done great things for us, [Whereof] we are glad.

He that goes forth and weeps, bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with joy, bringing his sheaves [with him].

It is vain for you to rise up early, To take rest late, To eat the bread of toil; Thus he gives to his beloved sleep.

For you shall eat the labor of your hands: Happy you shall be, and it shall be well with you.

I wait for Yahweh, my soul waits, And I hope in his word.

My soul [waits] for the Lord More than watchmen [wait] for the morning; [Yes, more than] watchmen for the morning.

O Israel, hope in Yahweh; For with Yahweh there is loving-kindness, And with him is plenteous redemption.
