When Pilate saw that he could preuaile nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, hee tooke water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this iust person: see yee to it.

The rest said, Let bee, let vs see whether Elias will come to saue him.

In the ende of the Sabbath, as it began to dawne towards the first day of the weeke, came Mary Magdalene, and the other Mary, to see the sepulchre.

He is not here: for he is risen, as hee said: Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

And goe quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead. And behold, hee goeth before you into Galilee, there shall ye see him: loe, I haue told you.

Then said Iesus vnto them, Be not afraid: Goe tell my brethren that they goe into Galilee, and there shall they see me.

And saith vnto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but goe thy way, shew thy selfe to the Priest, and offer for thy clensing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony vnto them.

That seeing they may see, and not perceiue, and hearing they may heare, and not vnderstand, lest at any time they should be conuerted, and their sinnes should be forgiuen them.

And they that fed the swine fled, and tolde it in the citie, and in the countrey. And they went out to see what it was that was done.

And they come to Iesus, and see him that was possessed with the deuill, and had the Legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right minde: and they were afraid.

And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.

He saith vnto them, How many loaues haue yee? goe, and see. And when they knew, they say, Fiue, and two fishes.

Hauing eyes, see ye not? and hauing eares heare ye not? And doe ye not remember?

And he looked vp, and saide, I see men as trees, walking.

Shall we giue, or shall we not giue? But he knowing their hypocrisie, said vnto them, Why tempt yee mee? Bring me a penny that I may see it.

And as he went out of the Temple, one of his disciples saith vnto him, Master, see what maner of stones, and what buildings are here.

But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the Prophet, standing where it ought not (let him that readeth vnderstand) then let them that be in Iudea, flee to the mountaines:

And then shal they see the Sonne of man comming in the cloudes, with great power and glory.

So ye in like maner, when ye shal see these things come to passe, knowe that it is nigh, euen at the doores.

And Iesus said, I am: and yee shall see the sonne of man sitting on the right hand of power, and comming in the clouds of heauen.
