For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall render to every man according to his deeds.

Truly I say to you, there are some of those that stand here, who shall in no way taste of death, until they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

And after six days Jesus takes with him Peter, and James, and John his brother, and brings them up into a high mountain apart:

and he was transfigured before them; and his face shone as the sun, and his garments became white as the light.

But, lest we cause them to stumble, go to the sea, and cast a hook, and take up the fish that first comes up; and when you have opened his mouth, you shall find a shekel: take that, and give to them for me and you.

But whoever shall cause one of these little ones that believe on me to stumble, it is profitable for him that a great millstone should be hanged about his neck, and [that] he should be sunk in the depth of the sea.

And if your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone: if he hears you, you have gained your brother.

Therefore the kingdom of heaven is likened to a man [who was] a king, who would make a reckoning with his slaves.

But since he didn't have it to repay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.

But that slave went out, and found one of his fellow slaves, who owed him $10,000: and he laid hold on him, and took [him] by the throat, saying, Pay what you owe.

So his fellow slave fell down and implored him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay you.

So when his fellow slaves saw what was done, they were exceeding sorry, and came and told to their lord all that was done.

Then his lord called him to him, and says to him, You wicked slave, I forgave you all that debt, because you implored me:

And his lord was angry, and delivered him to the tormentors, until he should pay all that was due.

So shall also my heavenly Father do to you, if you don't forgive every one his brother from your hearts.

And Pharisees came to him, trying him, and saying, Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for every cause?

and said, For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh?

And I say to you, Whoever divorces his wife, except for fornication, and marries another, commits adultery.

His disciples say to him, If the case of the man is so with his wife, it is not expedient to marry.

Then there were brought to him little children, that he should lay his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.
