After saide he to Thomas, Put thy finger here, and see mine hands, & put forth thine hand, and put it into my side, and be not faithlesse, but faithfull.

And it shalbe in the last daies, saith God, I wil powre out of my Spirite vpon al flesh, & your sonnes, and your daughters shall prophecie, and your yong men shal see visions, and your old men shall dreame dreames.

Because thou wilt not leaue my soule in graue, neither wilt suffer thine Holy one to see corruption.

Hee knowing this before, spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soule shoulde not bee left in graue, neither his flesh shoulde see corruption.

Since then that he by the right hande of God hath bene exalted, and hath receiued of his Father the promise of the holy Ghost, hee hath shed foorth this which yee nowe see and heare.

And his Name hath made this man sound, whom ye see, & know, through faith in his Name: and the faith which is by him, hath giuen to him this perfite health of his whole body in the presence of you all.

And said, Beholde, I see the heauens open, and the Sonne of man standing at the right hand of God.

For I see that thou art in the gall of bitternes, and in the bonde of iniquitie.

And as they went on their way, they came vnto a certaine water, and the Eunuche said, See, here is water: what doeth let me to be baptized?

Nowe therefore behold, the hand of the Lorde is vpon thee, and thou shalt be blinde, and not see the sunne for a season. And immediately there fel on him a mist & a darknes; and he went about, seeking some to leade him by the hand.

Wherefore hee sayeth also in another place, Thou wilt not suffer thine Holy one to see corruption.

But after certaine dayes, Paul said vnto Barnabas, Let vs returne, & visite our brethren in euery citie, where we haue preached the worde of the Lord, and see how they doe.

Nowe when these things were accomplished, Paul purposed by the Spirite to passe through Macedonia and Achaia, and to goe to Hierusalem, saying, After I haue bene there, I must also see Rome.

Moreouer ye see and heare, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia this Paul hath perswaded, and turned away much people, saying, That they be not gods which are made with handes.

And now behold, I know that henceforth ye all, through whome I haue gone preaching the kingdome of God, shall see my face no more.

Being chiefly sorie for the words which he spake, That they should see his face no more. And they accompanied him vnto the shippe.

So when I could not see for the glory of that light, I was led by the hand of them that were with me, and came into Damascus.

And he sayd, The God of our fathers hath appointed thee, that thou shouldest knowe his wil, and shouldest see that Iust one, and shouldest heare the voyce of his mouth.

And Festus sayd, King Agrippa, & all men which are present with vs, ye see this man, about whom all the multitude of the Iewes haue called vpon me, both at Hierusalem, and here, crying, that he ought not to liue any longer.

And sayde vnto them, Syrs, I see that this voiage will be with hurt & much damage, not of the lading and ship onely, but also of our liues.
