For this people's heart has grown callous; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn, and I would heal them.'

But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear.

For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous men longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.

Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom."

See that you do not look down on any of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

"Say to the daughter of Zion, 'See, your King comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.'"

But when the king came in to see the guests, he spotted a man who was not dressed in wedding clothes.

All their deeds are done for men to see. They broaden their phylacteries and lengthen their tassels.

For I tell you that you will not see Me again until you say, 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.'"

"Do you see all these things?" He replied. "Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be toppled."

Jesus answered, "See to it that no one deceives you.

You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. These things must happen, but the end is still to come.

So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination of desolation,' described by the prophet Daniel (let the reader understand),

See, I have told you in advance.

At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.

So also, when you see all these things, you will know that He is near, right at the door.

The servant who had received the five talents came and presented five more. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.'

The servant who had received the two talents also came and said, 'Master, you entrusted me with two talents. See, I have gained two more.'

So in my fear, I went and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what belongs to you.'

Then the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink?
