And Jesus answered and said to them, "See to it that no one deceives you.

And you are going to hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end.

"Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),

And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.

so, you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door.

And the one who had received the five talents came up and brought five more talents, saying, ‘Master, you handed five talents over to me. See, I have gained five more talents.'

"Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you handed two talents over to me. See, I have gained two more talents.'

And I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.'

Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink?

And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You?

And when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?'

Then they themselves also will answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?'

But Peter was following Him at a distance as far as the courtyard of the high priest, and entered in, and sat down with the officers to see the outcome.

Jesus *said to him, "You yourself said it; nevertheless I tell you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven."

saying, "I have sinned by betraying innocent blood." But they said, "What is that to us? See to that yourself!"

Now when Pilate saw that he was accomplishing nothing, but rather that a riot was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd, saying, "I am innocent of this man's blood; see to that yourselves."

But the rest of them were saying, "Let us see whether Elijah will come to save Him."

He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying.

And go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead; and behold, He is going ahead of you into Galilee, there you will see Him; behold, I have told you."

Then Jesus *said to them, "Do not be afraid; go and report to My brothers to leave for Galilee, and there they will see Me."
