The man looked up and said, "Yes, I can see people, but they look like trees walking around."

They took a quick look around but did not see anyone else; only Jesus was with them.

"What do you want me to do for you?" Jesus asked him. "Teacher," the blind man answered, "I want to see again."

"Go," Jesus told him, "your faith has made you well." At once he was able to see and followed Jesus on the road.

He saw in the distance a fig tree covered with leaves, so he went to see if he could find any figs on it. But when he came to it, he found only leaves, because it was not the right time for figs.

But Jesus saw through their trick and answered, "Why are you trying to trap me? Bring a silver coin, and let me see it."

Jesus answered, "You see these great buildings? Not a single stone here will be left in its place; every one of them will be thrown down."

"You will see ‘The Awful Horror' standing in the place where he should not be." (Note to the reader: understand what this means!) "Then those who are in Judea must run away to the hills.

In the same way, when you see these things happening, you will know that the time is near, ready to begin.

"I am," answered Jesus, "and you will all see the Son of Man seated at the right side of the Almighty and coming with the clouds of heaven!"

Then they crucified him and divided his clothes among themselves, throwing dice to see who would get which piece of clothing.

Let us see the Messiah, the king of Israel, come down from the cross now, and we will believe in him!" And the two who were crucified with Jesus insulted him also.

One of them ran up with a sponge, soaked it in cheap wine, and put it on the end of a stick. Then he held it up to Jesus' lips and said, "Wait! Let us see if Elijah is coming to bring him down from the cross!"

Now go and give this message to his disciples, including Peter: ‘He is going to Galilee ahead of you; there you will see him, just as he told you.'"

When the angels went away from them back into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, "Let's go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us."

The whole human race will see God's salvation!'"

Some teachers of the Law and some Pharisees wanted a reason to accuse Jesus of doing wrong, so they watched him closely to see if he would heal on the Sabbath.

How can you say to your brother, ‘Please, brother, let me take that speck out of your eye,' yet cannot even see the log in your own eye? You hypocrite! First take the log out of your own eye, and then you will be able to see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.

He answered John's messengers, "Go back and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind can see, the lame can walk, those who suffer from dreaded skin diseases are made clean, the deaf can hear, the dead are raised to life, and the Good News is preached to the poor.

After John's messengers had left, Jesus began to speak about him to the crowds: "When you went out to John in the desert, what did you expect to see? A blade of grass bending in the wind?
