Depart from me, O you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.

For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your good.

Behold, as the eyes of servants look towards their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden look towards her mistress; so also our eyes look towards the LORD our God, until he shall have mercy upon us.

How he swore to the LORD, and vowed to the mighty God of Jacob;

Until I find a place for the LORD, a habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.

You who stand in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God,

O give thanks to the God of gods; for his mercy endures for ever.

O give thanks to the God who is in heaven; for his mercy endures for ever.

How precious also are thy mercies to me, O God! How great is the sum of them?

Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God; depart from me therefore, you bloody men.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my ways,

I said to the LORD, Thou art my God; hear the voice of my supplications, O LORD.

Because thou art my God, thy gentle spirit shall lead me into the way of life.

I will sing a new song to thee, O God; upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises to thee.

Happy is the people who have all these things; yea, happy is the people, whose God is the LORD.

While I live will I praise the LORD; I will sing praises to my God as long as I live.

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God,

The LORD shall reign for ever, even your God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise the LORD.

PRAISE the LORD; for it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and praise is comely.

Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp to our God,
