a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in 1815. His early history is unrecorded. In 1873 he was transferred from the Indiana to the Nebraska Conference, and entered upon his duties with great zeal. He died suddenly in Wahoo, Neb., June 4, 1874. Mr. Alexander had been in the travelling connection over twenty years, and had established a reputation for piety and devotedness.
