a German philologist, who died at Wittenberg, Nov. 11,1543, is the author of, Cobnpeindium Grammaticae Hebrceae et Chaldae (Wittenberg, 1525, 1531): — De Ebrcis Turbium, Regionum, Populorum, Fluminum, Montium et aliorum Locorum Nominibus (ibid. 1526; enlarged ed.
