a Congregational minister, was a native of Norwich, Conn. He graduated at Yale College in 1724, and was ordained pastor of the Church at Newington, Conn., Jan. 25,1727; was a chaplain in the colonial service at Cape Breton, and there he died in 1745, aged about forty-five years.
