(Minos Celso or Minio Celsi), an Italian of Sienna, who joined the Protestant Church, and went to Basle, where he was employed as corrector of the press, and where he died in the latter part of the 16th century, is the author of Testamentum Novum Latine et Galliae (Basle, 1572). After his death there were published his In Haereticis Coercendis Quatenus Progredi Liceat Disputatio (1577): De Haereticis Capitali Supplicio non Aficiendis (1584).
