a Spanish Jesuit, was born at Ossuna in 1556. He passed a great part of his life in the Philippine Islands, and died at Manilla in 1634. While on a visit to Rome as procurator of his province, he published a treatise on. the works of the Jesuits in those islands, under the title Relacion de Filipinas y lo que en Ellas ha Checho la Compania de I.H.S.
