1. CHRISTOPHER GUSTAV, of Niuremberg, who was baptized in 1719, is the author of, יְסֹד אמֵוּנִת יֵשׁוּעִ i.e., The Elements of the Christian Religion (Berlin, 1712, 1719): Die Bekehrung Israels (Schwabach, 1722). 4. PAUL (originally Malachia ben-Mardechai), was born in 1599. He was rabbi at Brzesc, in Lithuania, and was baptized in 1621 at Brunswick.
