a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Baltimore County, Maryland, in 1777. He was converted young; in 1798 entered the Baltimore Conference; travelled in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania until 1802, when he located; but re-entered the effective ranks in 1805, and labored to the close of his life, October 12, 1810.
