a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born April 15, 1714, at Freiberg. He studied at Leipsic, was in 1738 con-rector at Meissen, in 1742 rector at Dresden, and died November 30, 1778, leaving Disp. ad Genes. 12:6, 7 (Leipsic, 1737): — De Carminibus Apostolicis: — De Formula: — De Portis Coeli.
