a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Muskingum County, Ohio, August 5, 1830. He studied three years (1847-50) in the Ohio Wesleyan University, joined the Ohio Conference in 1859, was transferred to the Colorado Conference in 1881, and died at Denver, July 15, 1883.
