an English Baptist minister, was born in London in 1799. He was converted in youth; baptized at Blandford Street Church in 1815, of which he was deacon for many years; and in 1827 assisted in forming a new Church for the Reverend J. Foreman, in Dorset Square. Being an occasional preacher for some years, Mr. Curtis was ordained pastor at Homerton Row, in August 1837, and died July 26, 1853. See (Lond.)
