פָּארוּר (for פַּאֲרוּר, from the root פָּאַר) m. warmth, hence ruddy glow, brightness of face (i.q. זִיו), comp. פֵּאֵר No. I, Kal. Joel 2:6, כָּל־פָּנִים קִבְּצוּ פָארוּר “all faces withdraw brightness,” i.e. grow pale with terror, Nahum 2:11. (Comp. Joel 2:10, 4:15 ).
