If I haue done wickedly, wo vnto me: if I haue done righteously, I will not lift vp mine head, being full of confusion, because I see mine affliction.

And though after my skin wormes destroy this bodie, yet shall I see God in my flesh.

Whome I my selfe shall see, and mine eyes shall beholde, and none other for me, though my reynes are consumed within me.

So that the eye which had seene him, shall do so no more, & his place shal see him no more.

He shall not see the riuers, nor the floods and streames of honie and butter.

His eyes shall see his destruction, and he shall drinke of the wrath of the Almightie.

Or darkenes that thou shouldest not see, & abundance of waters shal couer thee.

The cloudes hide him that he can not see, and he walketh in the circle of heauen.

The righteous shal see them, & shal reioyce, and the innocent shal laugh them to scorne.

If to the North where he worketh, yet I cannot see him: he wil hide himselfe in the South, and I cannot beholde him.

Howe should not the times be hid from the Almightie, seeing that they which knowe him, see not his dayes?

The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, and sayth, None eye shal see me, and disguiseth his face.

Then did he see it, and counted it: he prepared it and also considered it.

He shall pray vnto God, and he will be fauourable vnto him, and he shall see his face with ioy: for he will render vnto ma his righteousnes.

He will deliuer his soule from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light.

But if I see not, teach thou me: if I haue done wickedly, I will doe no more.

Looke vnto the heauen, and see and behold the cloudes which are hyer then thou.

All men see it, and men beholde it afarre off.

And nowe men see not the light, which shineth in the cloudes, but the winde passeth and clenseth them.

He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten, he hideth away his face, and will neuer see.
