(for they call themselves of the holy city, and stay themselves on the God of Israel; Yahweh of hosts is his name):

Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am Yahweh your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way that you should go.

But I said, I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and vanity; yet surely the justice [due] to me is with Yahweh, and my recompense with my God.

And now says Yahweh that formed me from the womb to be his slave, to bring Jacob again to him, and that Israel be gathered to him (for I am honorable in the eyes of Yahweh, and my God has become my strength);

Who is among you that fears Yahweh, that obeys the voice of his slave? he that walks in darkness, and has no light, let him trust in the name of Yahweh, and rely on his God.

For I am Yahweh your God, who stirs up the sea, so that the waves thereof roar: Yahweh of hosts is his name.

Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as an antelope in a net; they are full of the wrath of Yahweh, the rebuke of your God.

Thus says your Lord Yahweh, and your God that pleads the cause of his people, Look, I have taken out of your hand the cup of staggering, even the bowl of the cup of my wrath; you shall no more drink it again:

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him that brings good tidings, that publishes peace, that brings good tidings of good, that publishes salvation, that says to Zion, Your God reigns!

Yahweh has made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

For you shall not go out in a hurry, neither shall you go by flight: for Yahweh will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rearward.

Surely he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

For your Maker is your husband; Yahweh of hosts is his name: and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he shall be called the God of the whole earth.

For Yahweh has called you as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, even a wife of youth, when she is cast off, says your God.

Look, you shall call a nation that you don't know; and a nation that didn't know you shall run to you, because of Yahweh your God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he has glorified you.

let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

There is no peace, says my God, to the wicked.

Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways: as a nation that did righteousness, and did not forsake the ordinance of their God, they ask of me righteous judgments; they delight to draw near to God.

but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, so that he will not hear.

transgressing and denying Yahweh, and turning away from following our God, speaking oppression and revolt, being pregnant with, and uttering from the heart, words of falsehood.
