The world can't hate you; but me it hates, because I testify of it, that its works are evil.

But when his brothers went up to the feast, then he went up also, not publicly, but as it were in secret.

And there was much murmuring among the multitudes concerning him: some said, He is a good man; but others said, Not so, but he leads the multitude astray.

But when it was now the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.

Jesus therefore answered them and said, My teaching is not mine, but his that sent me.

He that speaks from himself seeks his own glory: but he that seeks the glory of him that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

Moses has given you circumcision- not that it is of Moses, but of the fathers- and on the Sabbath you circumcise a man.

Do not judge according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

Nevertheless we know this man from where he is: but when the Christ comes, no one knows from where he is.

Jesus therefore cried in the temple, teaching and saying, You both know me, and know from where I am; and I have not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom you don't know.

But of the multitude many believed on him; and they said, When the Christ shall come, will he do more signs than those which this man has done?

But this he spoke of the Spirit, which those that believed on him were to receive: for the Spirit was not yet [given]; because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, What, does the Christ come out of Galilee?

And some of them would have taken him; but no man laid hands on him.

But this multitude that doesn't know the law are accursed.

Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Jesus answered and said to them, Even if I bear witness of myself, my witness is true; for I know from where I came, and where I go; but you don't know from where I come, or where I go.

Yes and if I judge, my judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

Jesus therefore said to them, When you have lifted up the Son of man, then you shall know that I am [he], and [that] I do nothing of myself, but as the Father taught me, I speak these things.

But now you seek to kill me, a man that has told you the truth, which I heard from God: Abraham did not do this.
