Everyone should think highly of him, not just church cowboys. Go ask about him at the sale barn and see what others have to say. Don't just talk to his friend. Find out more. Don't put him into a position to fail and fall into the devil's noose.

Even though I hope to see you soon, I want you to have all this stuff in writing.

I know this is hard to understand. It is the mystery of our faith—God came down from heaven so we could see him. He didn't need human acceptance. The Spirit of God was with him. The angels saw his glory. He taught the truth to the world and many believed it. And when his ride was through, he rode up to heaven in glory.

Until I see you again, tell people what the Good Book says. Don't ever shy away from preaching or teaching.

I know your stomach causes you problems. Don't just drink water, but try a little wine and see if that helps.

He's the only one who cannot see the noose placed around his neck. The light within him shines so bright that no mortal can even look at him, much less get close to him. Every honor and glory belongs to him and him alone. Amen.

I can't wait to see you again. I remember the tears we shared when we shook hands and said goodbye. That memory will stay with me until it can be replaced with another handshake when we meet again.

Foolish talk is like a contagious cancer. You just have to look at Hymenaeus and Philetus to see the devastating effects of this disease.

Vulnerable women will believe any new teaching that promises them a better life than the one they have. They will be unable to see the truth.

But they won't get away with their falsehoods for long. Every fool will one day get what's coming to them and others will see them for who they really are.

If I may be so bold as to ask for one more thing—make a room for me when I come visit. I'm hoping that your prayer for my visit will be answered very soon. I can't wait to see you, cowboy.

So you see how Jesus, our trail boss, has a ministry that far surpasses the old way. He vouches for us based on a better agreement and a better promise.

We can still see some remnants of the old way in the first part of the tent. People bring their offerings and sacrifices, but it never cleanses their guilt or their soul.

Don't forget, as some have the habit of doing, that it's important to sit around the campfire and share each other's company. Give encouragement and spur each other on to good deeds—more and more as you see the Day comin' fast.

Now faith is being full of hope and plumb certain of what lies over the hill that we cannot see.

It's faith that helps us see that God made everything in the universe and we don't need more explanation than that.

All of them died, but they died with God's promise of a better life on their lips. They didn't get it in their lifetime, but they got to see it and it made them glad. They knew they were just day hands on this earth and that their home was in the next life.

Get along to the best of your ability with everyone and don't give up riding for the Lord. Those who don't ride for him won't see him.
