If you want to see what patience and riding the hard trail looks like, all you have to do is peek in at those cowboys who are often called prophets.

Even though you haven't seen Jesus, you still love him. You can't see him with your eyes, but you believe in him with your heart. You have a joy inside of you that cannot be explained.

They will see how pure and reverent you are.

Turn your back on all this world's sorry ways. Snake out a loop and keep an eye out for peace. When you see it, rope it and tie off hard.

But those who jump the fence and chase after other things will become blind as a cancer-eyed cow. They will no longer be able to see that their sins have been forgiven.

Lot as a good hombre, but it pained him every day to see that lawlessness around him.

Cowboys, this is the second letter I've sent y'all. Both times I've aimed for getting you to see the truth of the right way to think and act.

and will ask, "Where is this cowboy who said he would come and save you? I don't see him! Show him to us. All of our ancestors have died and nothing has changed since the world began."

But the day of execution will come like a horse thief at night. When that day comes, the sky will collapse with a wail. Everything we can see in the sky will be destroyed in fire. Everything on earth will vanish in ash.

Listen up, cowboys. We've been adopted by God himself, but we don't know just what this entails yet. But we do know this, when Jesus comes riding back, we will be made like him. We'll see him for who he really is and we will see ourselves as we were meant to be, not as we were.

If we are rich and see someone in need, but do not help, how can we say we love God?

While we haven't seen God, we did see his Son who he sent to be the rescuer of the world.

If you see a fellow cowboy doing something he shouldn't, you should pray for him and God will hear the prayer and bring him back. That's not to say there is a possibility someone could do something so heinous that God would turn their back on them. Possibly something as bad as turning their backs on God. Praying for that guy probably wouldn't do a lot of good.

I've got a lot more to say, but I don't want to do it with a pen. I hope soon to see y'all in person. We'll all look forward to that.

I've been watching you. There's nothing I haven't seen. Don't think I didn't see the hard rides and the patience through all the rough times. I saw you had nothing to do with wicked folks—the ones who claimed to ride for me, but didn't. You tested them and found them wanting.

You should listen to me and I'll show you real wealth. What I have has been proven on the tough trails. I have clothes that are white to cover your shame. I have medicine for your eyes to make you see the truth.
