Then the angel who was speaking with me came forward and told me, "Now lift up your eyes and see what is approaching."

Ashkelon will see and fear; Gaza will writhe in agony, as will Ekron, for her hope will wither. There will cease to be a king in Gaza, and Ashkelon will be uninhabited.

For idols speak deceit and diviners see illusions; they tell false dreams and offer empty comfort. Therefore the people wander like sheep, oppressed for lack of a shepherd.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

You hypocrite! First take the beam out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

Otherwise, what did you go out to see? A man dressed in fine clothes? Look, those who wear fine clothing are found in kings' palaces.

What then did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I tell you, and more than a prophet.

Then a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute was brought to Jesus, and He healed the man so that he could speak and see.

Then some of the scribes and Pharisees said to Him, "Teacher, we want to see a sign from You."

This is why I speak to them in parables: 'Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand.'
