No temptation has overtaken you that is unusual for human beings. But God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond your strength. Instead, along with the temptation he will also provide a way out, so that you may be able to endure it.Psalm 125:3; Jeremiah 29:11; 1 Corinthians 1:9; 2 Peter 2:9;">[xr]

Hardly! What they offer, they offer to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to become partners with demons.Leviticus 17:7; Deuteronomy 32:17; Psalm 106:37; Revelation 9:20;">[xr]

Stop beingDon't be">[fn] stumbling blocks to Jews or Greeks or to the church of God,Acts 20:28; Romans 14:13; 1 Corinthians 8:13; 11:22; 2 Corinthians 6:3; 1 Timothy 3:5;">[xr]

Now I want you to realize that Christ is the head of every man, and man is the head of the woman, and God is the head of Christ.Genesis 3:16; John 14:28; 1 Corinthians 3:23; 15:27-28; Ephesians 5:23; Philippians 2:7-9; 1 Timothy 2:11-12; 1 Peter 3:1,5-6;">[xr]

Decide for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?It is proper . . . uncovered, isn't it?">[fn]

and there are varieties of results, but God is the same, and it is he who produces all the results in everyone.Ephesians 1:23;">[xr]

But at this very time God has arranged the parts, every one of them, in the body just as he wanted to.Romans 12:3; 1 Corinthians 3:5,11; 12:28;">[xr]

However, our attractive parts don't need this. But God has put the body together and has given special honor to the parts that lack it,

God has appointed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then those who perform miracles, those who have gifts of healing, those who help others, administrators, and various kinds of tongues.Numbers 11:17; Acts 13:1; Romans 12:6,8; 1 Corinthians 12:9-10; Ephesians 2:20; 3:5; 4:11; 1 Timothy 5:17; Hebrews 13:17,24;">[xr]

For the person who speaks in a tongue does not speak to people but to God. Indeed, no one understands him, because he is speaking secrets in the Spirit.with his spirit">[fn]Acts 2:4; 10:46;">[xr]

I thank God that I speak in tongues more than all of you.

The secrets in his heart will become known, and so he will bow down to the ground and worship God, declaring, "God is truly among you!"Isaiah 45:14; Zechariah 8:23;">[xr]

If an interpreter is not present, he should remain silent in the church and speak to himself and God.

for Godhe">[fn] is not a God of disorder but of peace. As[fn][fn] in all the churches of the saints,1 Corinthians 11:16;">[xr]

In addition, we are found to be false witnesses about God because we testified on God's behalf that he raised Christ - whom he did not raise if in fact it is true that the dead are not raised.Acts 2:24,32; 13:30;">[xr]

Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has done away with every ruler and every authority and power.Daniel 7:14,27;">[xr]

But when everything has been put under him, then the Son himself will also become subject to the one who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.1 Corinthians 3:23; 11:3; Philippians 3:21;">[xr]

But God gives the plantthe plant">[fn] the form he wants it to have, and to each kind of seed its own form.
