the tenses of which are from the older verb mnaomai, signifies "to remind;" but in the Middle Voice, "to remember, to be mindful of," in the sense of caring for, e.g., Hebrews 2:6 , "Thou art mindful;" in Hebrews 13:3 , "remember;" in 2 Timothy 1:4 , RV, "remembering" (AV, "being mindful of"); so in 2 Peter 3:2 .
