(Heb. Bakbakkar', בִּקְבִּקִּר , prob. from בַּקֵּר reduplicated, admirable or searcher, perhaps i. q. בִּקְּבִּקאּהִר, wasting of the mount; Sept. Βακβακάρ ), one of the Levites inhabiting the villages of the Netophathites, who were carried captive to Babylon (1 Chronicles 9:15). B.C. 588.
