a Welsh Congregational minister, was born at Cilianaeron, Cardiganshire, April 1805. He joined the Church very early in life; studied at the Presbyterian College, Carmarthen; was ordained pastor at Bwlchyffridd, Montgomeryshire; twelve years later retired to Llanwnog, and preached occasionally at various places till his death, June 24, 1872.
