(Hebrew Hodayeva'hu, הוֹדִיְוָהוּ, marg more correctly, Hodavya'hu, הוֹדִוְיָהוּ, a prolonged form of Hodaviah; Sept. ᾿Ωδουϊ v α, Vulgate Oduja), the first named of the seven sons of Elioenai, of the descendants. of Zerubbabel (1 Chronicles 3:24); probably a brother of the Nahum of Luke 3:25 (see Strong's Harm. and Exposition of the Gospels, p. 17).
