Collops of Fat

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

(פַּימָה, pimah', fatness), spoken of the thick flakes of fat flesh upon the haunches of a stall-fed ox, put as the symbol of irreligious prosperity (Job 15:27). (See FAT).
